- Primary, Secondary/Seasonal, Tenant -(Annual, Monthly, Weekly Only)
- LLC, Corp, Trusts are acceptable with completed supplemental questionnaire
- Risks with prior claims (some restrictions apply)
Ineligible Risks
- Risks in Monroe county
- Risks rented daily
- Risks undergoing renovation or course of construction or under major renovation, or for sale that are not occupied,
- PC 10
- Risks with prior Mold losses
- EFIS, Log, unusual construction types, or historical landmarks
- Fuses, aluminum or knob/tube wiring
- Risks over 40 years old where electrical, heating and plumbing have not been updated
